Eight weeks. One candidate.
A national campaign to build from scratch.
I was already Media Officer for Leeds Green Party. When Mothin announced his candidacy, I had one existing profile to build from.
Brand identity, campaign website, Action Network email infrastructure, four social profiles.
Then a Vox Pop campaign: I designed a set of Canva templates — supporters personalised them, filmed themselves speaking directly to camera, and posted across TikTok and Instagram.
No production team. No budget.
Just people, and a message worth sharing.

Using simple branded Canva templates, supporters became campaign advocates, generating content that travelled far beyond the campaign's own channels.

GREEN PARTY WOMEN
Green Party special interest group
Green Party Women is a national special group of the Green Party of England and Wales.
Its visual identity had become inconsistent, and content was being created without a clear strategy or shared direction.
I redesigned the WordPress website, developed a social content strategy with the committee, rebranded promotional materials, and supported webinar production and content creation. To ensure long-term consistency, I also created a full set of brand guidelines for the team to use independently.
For the visual identity, I developed AI-generated illustrations using vintage assets and historical postcards, drawing inspiration from the suffragette movement while creating a look that felt contemporary and distinctive.

GLOBAL SUMUD FLOTILLA ITALY
Instagram carousels, captions & reels
As part of the Global Sumud Flotilla Italy content team, I contributed social graphics, short-form video and Italian-language content for the campaign's Instagram channel.
During a period of intense public attention following the detention of flotilla members, the channel became an important point of contact with supporters.
Working within a collaborative team, I helped to distill complex historical subjects into a coherent narrative, designed the visual system, and produced content that thousands of people engaged with.

Chuffed Fundraising Campaign
As part of the Global Sumud Flotilla UK team, I managed the Chuffed.org crowdfunding page — writing the campaign story, creating donation-drive content and coordinating with Mothin Ali, Deputy Leader of the Green Party of England and Wales, who recorded a video message of solidarity to help amplify the campaign.
My contribution focused on fundraising communications: campaign copy, supporter updates and social content designed to move people from awareness to action.

Built on Squarespace for a grassroots Palestinian solidarity organisation in London — website architecture, content structure, campaign pages and community communications.
Designed as a digital hub, the site mobilises, informs and connects the Greenwich community around Palestinian rights and DBS.

LEEDS PALESTINIAN FILM FESTIVAL
Gaza International Festival of Women's Cinema
The Leeds Palestinian Film Festival supported the launch of the first Gaza International Festival for Women's Cinema through a fundraising and awareness campaign celebrating women's cultural resistance and filmmaking in Gaza.
My contribution focused on digital communications, including a promotional video, Instagram content and fundraising materials for the campaign.

Electrician & IT Support — Campagnano di Roma
Alex Fix is an electrician and IT specialist based outside Rome. To help him stand out in a crowded local market, I created a distinctive brand character: a tabby cat on a motorbike.
The character became the face of the website, Google Ads and social media campaign, helping drive website traffic and generate new customer enquiries during the first month of the campaign.
