From Jakarta to the UK, my journey in event marketing and digital project management has taken me across continents, blending cultural perspectives and enriching every project.

I hold dual citizenship in Italy and the UK, and collaborate with professionals, small companies, and non-profit organisations to craft inbound marketing strategies and events.

Professional experience 

  • For the Caroli’s Hotel Chain, I designed a promotional website for events sponsored or hosted by the hotel chain, aimed at showcasing user-generated content to foster dynamic community interaction.

    I also introduced ancillary online events as an extension of Caroli’s event marketing strategy.

  • For ARuVR, I led the integration of digital marketing with event management for both online demos and onsite events.

    I managed suppliers, venues, and promotional materials for trade shows.

  • For the MF Italian-based Foundation, I planned the virtual conference using Cvent's comprehensive service platform and designed the event website.

  • For Supreme Import, UK Produced Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) plan detailing list of trade shows, social media campaigns, and series of ancillary activities such as product presentations, experiential and company videos.

  • For World Textile Information, I managed the logistics and operations of international B2B textile conventions and prestigious gala award dinners. I orchestrated highly successful conferences attended by over 250 industry leaders in Milan, Frankfurt, New York, and Jakarta.

Immersive events

  • As a project manager, I collaborated with Robin Lab on an immersive installation at the Egyptian Museum in Italy.

    I produced immersive experiences and interactive installations for museums and public bodies throughout Italy from 2005 to 2012

  • I collaborated as both an account and project manager with SmartTech and Daria Fedko on the production of AR applications for events and marketing.

    EEN was a complicated European-funded project designed to facilitate exporting by small and medium businesses.
