How it works

Purchase your template

Enter the email address you use for Squarespace at checkout. If you're new to Squarespace, you can create an account.

Receive your website

Within 24 hours of your purchase, you'll receive an invitation to access your new Squarespace website. Accept the invitation so I can transfer ownership to you.

Make it yours

Replace the demo text and images with your business information. Your handbook guides you through each page.

Go live

Activate your Squarespace subscription, connect your domain and publish your website.

  • You pay Squarespace directly. You need the Pro plan or higher. As my client you get a discount on your Squarespace plan.

  • After you buy, I need your email and your mobile number to book the call with you. You find all the information in your order confirmation email.

  • No refunds. It is a digital product, and once the site is transferred to your account I cannot take it back. You accept this at checkout.

  • One purchase is one licence and one website. For a second website you need a second copy.

  • Yes. Colours, fonts, text, photos, sections and the order of the sections are all yours to change. The handbook shows you how.

    You can add pages by duplicating the ones that are already there.

    Duplicate a service page or a project page, then change its name and content.

  • No. The template always arrives as a new site in your Squarespace account, next to the one you have. It does not replace it and it does not go onto it. The template is a finished website. I invite you as an administrator, and transfer the ownership to you.

    This happens within 24 hours of your purchase. You then add your content and customise it.

    If your old site has a lot of content, such as a big blog, I can ‘reskin’ your website - but it is a separate job. Write to hello@serenaferrari.co.uk before you buy.

  • No. The new site is separate, so your old one stays online and keeps bringing you calls while you build. When the new site is ready, you move your domain to it. That is the day it goes live.

  • No, and you do not need to. The template is a pre-made website - I invite you as an administrator and transfer the ownership to you. It arrives in your Squarespace account as a new site, within 24 hours of your purchase. You then add your content and customise it. When your new site is ready, you connect your domain to it and switch off the old one. That is the day it goes live. This is because Squarespace is a closed platform so, at this time, it’s impossible to deliver and install a template as a file (like in WordPress, for example).
