Yes. Colours, fonts, text, photos, sections and the order of the sections are all yours to change. The handbook shows you how.
You can add pages by duplicating the ones that are already there.
Duplicate a service page or a project page, then change its name and content.
Want a page designed from scratch? I can help:
90-minute Setup Session (£150): we change text, photos, colours and fonts, connect your domain, set up page titles and descriptions for Google, and check your contact form.
5-hour Work Sprint (£500): we customise several pages of the template, refine a draft you have already started, build forms and connect them to your email, and I give you a personalised tutorial.

No, and you do not need to. The template is a pre-made website - I invite you as an administrator and transfer the ownership to you.
It arrives in your Squarespace account as a new site, within 24 hours of your purchase. You then add your content and customise it. When your new site is ready, you connect your domain to it and switch off the old one. That is the day it goes live.
This is because Squarespace is a closed platform so, at this time, it’s impossible to deliver and install a template as a file (like in WordPress, for example).
If your old site has a lot of content, such as a big blog, I can move it into the new site for you - but it is a separate job. Write to hello@serenaferrari.co.uk before you buy.

Yes. The handbook is for people who have never used Squarespace.
It tells you what each page needs to say. In the 60-minute call we do the first changes together, and you have 60 days of email support. If you want more help, book a setup session.

No. The template always arrives as a new site in your Squarespace account, next to the one you have. It does not replace it and it does not go onto it.
The template is a finished website. I invite you as an administrator, and transfer the ownership to you. This happens within 24 hours of your purchase. You then add your content and customise it.
If your old site has a lot of content, such as a big blog, I can ‘reskin’ your website - but it is a separate job. Write to hello@serenaferrari.co.uk before you buy.

Yes. It’s built in Squarespace, so you can make everyday changes without needing me. I’ll also give you a handover session so you know where everything is and how to update it.

No. The new site is separate, so your old one stays online and keeps bringing you calls while you build. When the new site is ready, you move your domain to it. That is the day it goes live.

Not with the template. Moving content from a site you already have is not included. Posts, products and orders stay on your old site. If you need them moved, write to hello@serenaferrari.co.uk before you buy and I tell you if I can help.
