Ginger & Fred is a tiny Italian charity with a big heart: their volunteers care for a beloved feline colony in the countryside.

PROCESS

The collaboration started with a full audit of their existing website and workflows.

I identified pain points, mapped user journeys, and developed a simplified site structure using Squarespace that matched their communication style.

Key content was migrated and redesigned for clarity and emotional connection.

After launch, I provided personalised training sessions and created short video tutorials to ensure long-term autonomy.

The final handover included checklists, templates, and a month of responsive support to guide them through the transition.

IMPACT

The charity reduced their yearly digital expenses by over €3,200 by moving from WordPress to a streamlined Squarespace setup.
