Augmented Reality for event promotion

Cerdanya Film Festival, Spain

The Cerdanya Film Festival in Barcelona sought a fresh approach to its marketing campaigns and joined forces with SmarTech, a Barcelona-based AR developer, an Nobumichi Asai, a Japanese electronic artist. For this prioject I collaborated with SmarTech as an in-house project manager. The project involved liaising with stakeholders during the implementation of the Augmented Reality app that showcases the video produced by the artist Nobumichi Asai,

This initiative aimed to offer festival visitors a new way to experience the event, combining technology and art to highlight the festival's essence.

The video

The video "INORI-Prayer-" was produced by the visionary Japanese artist Nobumichi Asa, showcasing the innovative high-speed video projection mapping technology developed by the artist.

It stars the dynamic duo Aya Sato and Bambi Naka from Japan, celebrated for their voguing style. They've also toured with major artists, including Madonna!
