Professional Experience

I believe in applying creative thinking to everyday projects; re-evaluating them rather than doing them the same old way.

Questioning everything and always trying to make things better. It isn’t easy but it is worth the effort because quality and design matter.

When and where possible, I always try to introduce innovative elements in my project to improve efficiency and ongoing performance.

  • At World Textile Information Network I produced the Events Operational Manual to increase efficiency in delivering International Conferences and Awards Events.
  • At the Leeds Chamber of Commerce I designed a robust implementation plan in order to get the project on track; In collaboration with Consortium partners I contributed to revamp Enterprise Europe Network Yorkshire website in order to increase visibility of the project across Yorkshire and Humber region.
  • At the National Army Museum (NAM) I developed pork-free menu options to support requests from specific client sectors, which was well received. I introduced additional weekend lunchtime slots for children's events. The latter was very much welcome by the clients and increased income for events by £5k per month.
  • At Son et Lumiére I made thorough researches on new technologies and used this knowledge to introduce true innovative elements in the company’s proposals. This contributed as an added value to win tenders and generated 20% additional income.
